What's the craziest ski crash you have ever seen?

Here's the obvious one-



Also, can anyone find that helmet cam video of that crash from Side By Side where he falls off that huge cliff?

its in the trailer too. that one was sick.


also, theres a lot of really gnarly crashes that you seen on trashy spike TV shows and stuff.
its mostly old footage from big mountain comps

Yeah racing has some brutal crashes.

The only non-racer crash I can think of that isnt a racer crash is that one of Simon Dumont overshooting that jump at Park City by a ton.

The racing ones are horrible to watch, especially Lanzinger's. Seeing his legs rag-dolling in all directions is sickening.

Derek Spong's in Corduroy is really, really bad, a brutal impact. Similar to Wilson's in a way - just slamming into a wall of hardpack with massive force.

E.J. Poplawski's in the telemark extreme comp in Crested Butte is bad to watch as well, especially knowing his leg had to be amputated because of it.

There's also a horrific one filmed in La Plagne where a skier comes up short on a huge gap to rail.
