when i built mine, i only bent it in 2 foot increments. for example.
1. make frame with the taper/design you want
2. anchor beginning of rail very securely( with a hex bolt, not just screws) it also helps to do the same at the end
3. SLOWLY insert screws over a 10 day span going section by section- if you need to, brace the screws by inserting bolts or screws flush to the edge of material being bent, just so that the driven screws are not being yanked out of position.
4. make sure you use a rope and precisely measure from end to end of rail, in clean curves, to project the most accurate cut of grinding material.
i will add pictures in a bit(from paint, not actual project)
once again, DO NOT RUSH the process, in compliance that the material does not handle brute, jerking motions. peace
