Motion 5?

Is Motion 5 worth updating from Motion 4 because of the price? Do Motion 4 files still work on Motion 5? is Motion 5 still going to be cooperative with Final Cut Pro 7? +K for help

I honestly don't think it does, from a quick glance it just looks like they took the layout from 4 and made it all colorful.

As far as compatibility with FCP7, FCP X is an entirely new program, it's not an upgrade from previous versions of Final Cut. I would say motion is only truly compatible with FCP X. However, there are still ways to transfer footage between the two.
