i've always loved this, by far my favorite documentary piece. as sad as it is, i would love to have the chance to capture something like it, you don't get a chance to capture raw emotion like that very often

putting an animal down is the hardest thing ever.i took my moms cat to get put down about 2 years ago, and it was just rough. i balled the whole time. that video was wonderful and sad at the same time.

So sad. I cried for the first time in a long time for a video. I remember when my grandparents passed and I acquired their dog around 5th grade. It was a little rat-terrier age about 16. I never liked it, it never liked me. I don't think I ever had a close moment with it. I eventually moved to Connecticut and had to have her put down before we left. Now that I think about it, we should have put her down long before that. She would cry long into the night every night, would throw up and pee all over the house even though we would let her out at every chance. I feel bad for how much I didn't like that dog now, but I was what? 10?
