Hi i know this is a long shot but there may be some people who could offer some advice. Basically i got a letter in through the post today from solicitors saying ive been selling fake new era caps on eBay ( I had) and now have to pay £375 and an arranged amount or they take me to court! Can i be liable to pay that if i am under 18? ( im 16) Otherwise im going to have to shell up about £500 i don't have....
Any advice would be greatly appreciated +K, oh and please don't give me shit about selling fakes etc when I bought them I didn't realise and I needed the money...
