ok iknow theres a billion threads on this. and people say use the search bar but it dosent help.
So im riding 177 afterbangs at the moments and im getting new skis. And im going to get the
going to get the Surface nine Lifes 2010 in 182. Im wondering if thats a big step up in size when 177 is the perfect size for me. Im like 6'0ish.

i think you should be fine, especially if you are 6 feet tall.

if you think about 5 extra cm's is just under 2 inches, that is such a small difference you will hardly notice it if at all.

well, i guess you're from NZ, so you know how small 5 cms is haha, but yeah I wouldn't worry about it

no thatll be a perfect size and 5 cm is not a big deal. youre youre gonna love them (the size, i dont know anything about the skis you mentioned)

that will be good, but as much as i like the way nine lifes ride they wont hold up any better at all than the skis you put in that other thread. this years no times hold up better but not by alot i would just get those if you like the way they ride. just throwin in my .02
