One thing about these songs that the are throwing up on the net right now is that they are purely mixtape/internet tracks. The original song was This Plane by Wiz Kalifa, they took the instrumental with the chorus and put down a few verses, just messin around im sure. With todays tools this was probably done in a few hours. Stuff like this is here for practice for the artist as well as to create hype on the internet and in different music circles. That is why your favorite artists like Lil Wayne and Wiz Khalifa are so popular. These tracks are fun to hear but there is no way they will come close in quality to what is actually put out on an album, I can guarantee that. The Like a Lion soundtrack was pretty legit especially since it was Inspired's first, real excited to see what they come out with next.
