This didn't go too well for Bentley so I don't expect much, but it's worth a shot.
I'm trying to make some cash to buy the NEX-FS100. I'd like to sell this entire setup at once; it's a good value and I loved using it. I'm selling it for $3200 plus shipping (plus paypal fees? i dont know much about paypal).
This camera has been amazing, served me well since January 2009. I bought the Steve Griggs adapter in summer 2009 and bought the Cinevate adapter in early 2010.
This setup includes my Panasonic HVX200A, 2x 16gb P2 cards, a battery and charger, a backup battery and charger, a UV filter, a remote, instruction manuals, a Cinevate 35mm adapter and charger, a Steve Griggs 35mm adapter and charger, a playstation monitor for the Steve Griggs adapter, a spacer ring for the adapters, a Minolta 135mm f/2.8 lens, a Minolta 28mm f/2.8 lens, a smallish Lowepro backpack (not pictured), and another camera bag that I got when I bought my HVX. I can also throw in a Nikon mount for the Cinevate adapter if you pay another $10, but I wouldn't be able to ship that for about a month.
Everything is fully functional. Any slight damage is purely cosmetic.

some cosmetic damage on bottom:
The firewire jack on the HVX did break once, but I sent it in, had it repaired, and it now works perfectly.
The Minolta lenses will give footage a more retro look since they're older, but the Cinevate adapter is very nice and produces a pretty legit image. The Steve Griggs adapter is essentially DIY and produces a much more retro (but equally dope) image.
