First of all, I'm on mac book pro 10.6.7 snow leopard, running the latest version of chrome, but not beta or something. The latest "stable" version. Even running no ad ons and the default theme it crashes.
Well, it's crashing constantly. Literally, it crashes, I'll hit reload pages and two seconds later it crashes again. If I hit okay, close it and then relaunch it will try to load a page, get stuck then crash. I've already tried deleting the defaults folder in the applications support in the library (which is the same is deleting the preference files, right?). I've completely removed it an reinstalled it, it still crashes and sometimes gets stuck loading. It was even crashing while trying to load google, how ironic. Getting hung up while loading usually precedes a crash.
Also related; on this computer I've reinstalled the os because I was having a bunch of programs crash on me, it had a few kernel panics too. Now nothing has crashed since, except for chrome. Hard drive is fine, smart status is verified so that's not it. Any ideas?
