Fronts are pretty easy from that height. The problem is that if you don't land at least somewhat correctly, it can hurt...a lot. Contrary to what the people on NS may say who have never even jumped from that high, 25 ft is a considerable height to land poorly from, and can actually do damage such as a broken collar bone, or getting the wind knocked out of you and possibly drowning from that.
Start in a swan dive, like you're going to belly flop. At the very end, tuck and flip. As long as your feet enter the water first, you will be fine. You do not need 100% rotation. If you try to start flipping as soon as you leave the bridge, you will over-rotate, and in the words of someone more famous than I, "you're gonna have a bad time."
