Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Oh, and to start some tradition: LOL @ Anaheim.

I do agree. It's lidstrom that we really need back. Our D is uncoordinated as all hell and it's just a massive shit show all around. Not to mention our PP is an absolute disaster. Honestly, It looks as if the wings are just saving themselves for the playoffs which I'm totally fine with but it'd be nice to end the regular season off on a good note.

I'm amazed you managed to summon any excitement. I mean I realize it's only your tenth win since Dec 1 or whatever, so rare occasion, but dear God the Wild are an awful hockey team. In the sense, I mean, that they're unbearable to watch. That is the most boring playing style in the league bar none. All I can say is realignment can't come soon enough for the sake of entertainment value. No one should have to endure watching that team more than a couple of times a season. I pity you.

Wow you guys are mesmerized by pink names. Yes Sean I'm mad, because the game was essentially gift-wrapped for the wild on a ridiculous penalty call, subsequent to which the refs put their whistles away for the rest of the game as has been the case lately. I don't even care that much about the 2 point, the Canucks are going to finish 2nd and that's that. But it's always a piss-off when NHL refs demonstrate what a joke officiating is, and on top of having to watch that, I had to watch boring hockey because all the wild do is chip the puck out and clog the neutral zone for 60 minutes.

Oh will you shut up. Blaming that game on a penalty call? Honestly, I didn't see the entire game, and I didn't read up the postgame recap or anything to know what you're talking about, but I find it horseshit to blame any game on a single penalty call. I do understand your point about the refs these days being fucking dumb as a rock (the GMs meeting last week likely didn't help matters - only set to confuse things, if anything), but come on.

...Vancouver's good enough to put 4 in the net any night on any team whether it be Boston, San Jose, Detroit, St. Louis, the 1980 Soviet Union Olympic team, and probably could even beat a few international teams in soccer while their at it.

They shouldn't lose 1-0 or 2-0 with a late ENG almost EVER. They didn't play their potential, and that's that. Every team has their slumps. Be happy yours isn't as bad or as lengthy as that of my club's...

Can I not be happy for my team? Exactly, we never win and we beat Vancouver, damn right I'm excited. I realize we've had a rough season, believe me, I watch almost every game. In my defense, we've had our fair share of injurys as well. Hell I LOVE watching them, and I'm definitely not about to hop on some bandwagon just because they suck this season, they'll get better and I'll continue to support them through their rough patch.


I'm sorry you had to suffer through a game, maybe if it was so unbearable you should have saved your energy and not watched it.

But you're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine.
