147 pages in the 2010-11 Thread. Here start's next season.

Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Oh, and to start some tradition: LOL @ Anaheim.

Make another wish man.
There's much better things to wish for.. Such as the last game which is vs. Toronto becomes a decisive game. Montreal wins dragging down Toronto 9th while Montreal finishes last.
Now that's something to wish for!

Well it happened last time Montreal didn't make the playoffs in 2007.. IM STILL PISSED. My hate for the leafs originated at that point, now I just feel kind of sorry for them.

Really??? I'm sorry but that won't be close at all. And besides its kinda pointless to try and predict since the series aren't even set you, you have no idea who is gonna be in the playoffs yet and in what seed.

Your western conference is fine but the east is messed. The Jets aren't beating ONE top seed, let alone 2.

Also, this is pretty impressive considering it was just a year ago that one pro hockey player making ads for gay rights was a huge deal sparking controversy and getting an agent fired etc etc... gotta give Sean Avery all the credit in the world for getting this ball rolling. Look at the guys who have signed on to this, those are some pretty high profile names.

I know it's not even close. I didnt want to make all the obvious ones win to make it a little more interesting. the Jets probably wont even make the playoffs but I thought it would be a cool cinderalla story.

I made it in photoshop. it took a little while but I used actions to record it so now all i need to do is take a screen shot of the standings and it will cut and layer everything nicely in photoshop for me. ill make another one later when the standings change a bit

Philadelphia in 2010 was pretty hot too. Sharks just need to have guys like Havlat and Douglas Murray come back and be healthy enough put together good playoff runs.

And then we need Niemi to pull off a 2010 as well.

they might be able to get to the finals but considering they are 0-3 against the rangers this season doesnt really bode well for them tearing the entire east a new asshole

Dallas isn't exactly like Chicago where... after the cup win, everyone went out and bought jerseys and jumped onto the wagon.

...they still care way more about the Cowboys than anything.

They've been awful as of late. Everyone's been going through injuries. Even the Coach you mentioned has been out of the lineup due to concussion problems...

9 game road trip was like a 2-6-1 affair. Hopefully the team will get back on track tomorrow against Edmonton.

Either way, I don't see Phoenix playing this far over their fenwick for very long... and Dallas? They're gonna need some serious luck to punch through. LA however, I can see them getting hot and picking out a seed over the the other two very easily - especially with all the head to head matchups coming up.

Thats retarded though... chant his fucking name. That was 2 years ago.. didnt canada get the FUCKING BRONZE this year at juniors, thats sad.

I am going to chant "8th place" next time they come to Pittsburgh maybe even, "not in the playoffs."

I don't think anyone outside Canada even cares about the world juniors.  I've been last year and the year before.  I was at the meltdown in Buffalo when they had a 3-0 lead on Russia in the finals and blew it.  Even at non Canada games, its 90% people in team Canada jerseys.

I for one don't care that much but it's just an excuse to watch hockey and get amped.
