Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Oh, and to start some tradition: LOL @ Anaheim.

Definitely a surprising result after the hawks came back from 2 down, and then tied it at 3 again... games like that usually end poorly for the Sharks. But, you guys got B-B-B-Bennied and McGnyan'd in the end...

What you posted there is possibly the biggest pile of trash I've ever read in this thread, or any of the previous 3-4 Official NHL threads... Headshots suck, yeah... the league's cracking down on them (sorta... - I wouldn't say longterm suspensions are going to stop them - half of the time it's just a 'shit happens' situation anyway) but come on... Saying hits will ever be removed from hockey is just laughable.

How about not believing everything you hear on TSN? Of course they're going to post that question - it's a news topic, and Sidney's been out for a while. They're bound to beat that story to death until he returns (in which case, they will continue to beat it to death about his being the 'comeback kid' blah blah)

It's a topic, sure... but one we can discuss well after your yammering and freaking out about something as slipping slope as hitting being removed from hockey?

The NHL will not take hitting out for a year.. or for a minute.. or for a second.. for even a thought of the taking hitting out of the sport would be like 4000 2004's in a row. The NHL would die on the spot.

Do they always stream habs games? I only ever get to watch the games on tv on saturdays when it's on cbc. The stream I usually watch is super grainy.

Habs on that 4 win streak! I'm liking their 2nd half so far.. Can't wait to go to MTL in early March for a game, always fun going to Montreal for the weekend and watching some good hockey.

That's sick! Are you going to see the Wild or Leafs game? I've gone to see two games at the Bell Center this season and they lost both time. I only got to see one goal in total. It fucking sucked.

^^Yeah they don't have much of a chance haha. It would be so awesome if they somehow made it though

Nah man, Islanders. Every year since 5th grade I've gone to Montreal to see a game and they've only lost once, and i'm in 7th grade. (jk)

So yeah, I give them pretty good luck. Got to ride the Zamboni for 3 years until they boosted the price by a shitload. And I got to have a mini hockey game on the ice before one of the games! Soooo Sick!

why are montreal fans making a big deal out of beating the leafs? obviously if you all thought your team is as good as you think it is, you wouldn't be making a big deal out of it. since you all are, it must come as a shock that you did win, and speaks volumes about the confidence that you have towards your team.
