Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Niemi won that game for San Jose... Sharks were outshot like crazy all game but were getting the right bounces and made the best of their scoring chances. I've seen this type of game go the other way for the Sharks FAR too many times, it's nice to see us win a game where we were outshot and still played well and put up goals. Overall an exciting game for sure.

Well put.

They softened up a bit at the end though to let the 'Yotes back in it. Talbot's play to Read at the end was just too smart, Bryz looked pretty stoked on not having to play OT when he practically engulfed Read.

Yeah he was making some absolutely insane saves. That 3-on-1 break-away goal in the I believe it was 2nd period was filthy.

Hey do any of you guys use NHL game center live? i'm moving out of state but can't stand the thought of not being able to watch my team. it's kind of expensive but seems cool that you can watch live games

I use NHL centre ice. With a pvr it's unstoppable. Gamecentre comes free with it; it's ok but seems to suffer from blackouts occasionally.

Don't get ahead of yourself. The wild are not a good team. They are a bad team that is playing well. same goes for the tears the Oil and Sens were on. The universe will balance itself out.

Kinda unrelated but I went to sports authority today and was pretty surprised how cheap some hockey gear is. Kind of interested in playing this summer. Not like in a youth league but just for fun like pick-up games.

yeah like will said....we have the wolves vikings and twins...with the shit seasons from all 3 of those teams last season and the vikings again this season....to minnesota fans they are a good team.

Wild playin the Blues tonight, always fun to see Bakus and Oshie playing in MN again....wild are looking to continue winning after winning 8 out of their last 10...five more home games (including tonight) coming up so the Wild have a chance to increase that win loss margin.

8 in a row what? so pumped for Habs and sabers this week. prob not going to be able to watch the games but very excited. I liked what I saw tongiht. 2 v. 1 with marchand and chara? hell ya. and I'm all about seguin (as is most of the city) right now. he was on FIRE again tonight.

Such a sick game! Koivu came through in the clutch tonight! Two goals including the game tier with 1:40 left and a goal in the shootout. Hopefully we can keep things rolling with against the Predators on Wednesday.

I don't like that matchup. Murray doesn't fight. I'd rather him drop the gloves vs. Vandermeer or Winchester. He'd get thrashed by them... Thornton whipped him good too a few times in the past.

And we've got twelve on them and still lost both. They sure are exciting to watch though.

Gonna be a fun week coming up with the holiday. We got games wed, fri, and sat. Montreal coming to town so that's always a good game. Also looking forward to hopefully beatin up on some NY teams.
