Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

I haven't been really feeling like that at all ahaha. We've just been playing like shit the last few games. Period. You'd think our 7-1 loss would motivate them to stay out of the penalty box. I guess that didn't cross the minds of them. Lidstrom and howard are really the only reasons that we are at least scoring.

i was just about to comment on that. accidental or not i bet hes gonna get some suspension for that. referee safety is not taken lightly at any level of hockey.

Clutterbuck is a wang though, he's taking big runs at guys in a blowout. I don't think he'll be suspended.

That was an awful game. The Canucks are not a team that typically gives up 40+ shots and the Wild are not a team that typically gets 40+ shots (and in this case they did it in spite of unbelievably chippy play). That should give you an idea of how bad the Canucks were. They just did not have a gameplan.

In other news, my pool team has yet to actually have a good night. Hope my boys pick it up.

Damn... fluke goals tonight, but the Sharks played awful that first period.

Here's to hope they bring back that lategame magic they had last season...

I'm wearing my bad-luck-penguins jersey to curse them... (it's worked very well the last few years haha)

Looked better? They tied the shotcount and should have had like 3 goals haha. Great PK-PP faceoff there, because the pens were blocking some ridiculous shots set up by amazing play from the sharks. For a 3-1 game that started off as a bit of a onesided affair, it's become a lot of fun to watch.

YA YA YA we ended up playing the whole 3rd with 5 defenders and we were still missing a few people. STAAL, KENEDY, CROSBY.. it can be a different game with those 3 in the line up. almost guaranteed to have an extra goal or 2.

i know for being a big horse you think he would be able to stay healthy! he is just day to day after hitting someone last game pretty hard. I wouldnt think its anything major, he was a game time decision for the game last night I think.

on a semi unrelated note and im sure this has been posted a few pages back but EA predicted crosby to be the number one points guy this year. they said he'd come back in december and score something like 120 points between then and the end of the season. so if they're right yeah with him back in the lineup that team is going to fuck shit up even more.

wild have won 3 in a row now.

45 shots last night against the canucks and we won 5 - 1....Josh Harding has been a freak in net...if he continues I see us trading backstrom some time during the season. Hardings 3 games he has seen 100 shots and saved 98 of them.

I'm really starting to like Lars Eller, he's probably one of our best players since his arrival. I remember going crazy when we traded Halak for Eller, but right now it's starting to look like we robbed STL.
