Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Oh, and to start some tradition: LOL @ Anaheim.

Last time the Kings lost consecutive games was against the San Jose Sharks. In the regular season. Both were overtimers. Who knows when the last time they lost consecutive games in regulation...

i want to see the rangers make the stanley cup with the kings, and the kings win it.

then the kings will have taken out the #1, 2, 3 teams in the west, and the #1 team in the east. and not only will they have taken them out, they've lost one fucking game so far this entire playoffs (a 3-1 loss to the canucks where they actually played really well and had like 45 shots on net or something but schneider stole the show)

Congrats on the kings pretty much making the finals..

...my only hope being they lose it all once they get there. 4 O6 championship teams in 5 years is still possible.

Yeah I was expecting this to fly pass last years thread...not crawl to barely equal it

Last night was the first nice I chose not to watch hockey. I've missed nights where I was busy doing other stuff and couldnt watch a game that was on..but last night I really just didnt want to watch that game and decided to switch to

you were also probably expecting bigger names in the conference finals than the kings/yotes or devils.

which is why this thread fizzled, very few people in relation to NS give a shit about the teams that are left in the playoffs, had it been an avalanche/vancouver conference final or a boston/phili/pittsburg final, things would be very different. which also proves my next point, if it doesn't end up being an LA/NY final.... no one is going to watch the finals.

Really jaded? Yes, its the spring time, no skiing, the penguins are done. I am a little jaded but what I said was a joke and has nothing to do with being jaded. Just some late night ns cruising. My parents actually got divorced when I was 3 so I am ok with that and my girl loves me. The last one may be true though I do think I am about to get my period really soon.

JD, what team do you even root for? Every team thats from Canada? You still owe me a dollar.

Not really related to the NHL. But Peter Bondras son, David Bondra, just committed to MSU. I used to play with him so its pretty cool. And his other son is on my team now, he is also really fucking good too. So possibly some future NHL players to look out for.
