I personally like the logo's they kind of remind me of a Brampton Battalion type of jersey. Also the to the person somewhere above, the maple leaf isn't a Molson Symbol, last I checked it was on our flag...

However I would have liked to have seen the Arrow instead of the F-18

PS I do not hate the new jets logos. If they put the one with wings and sticks on the front of the jersey it will actually be pretty solid. The one with the F18 isn't so great. I wish they'd drop the blue and just make the jerseys white, grey and red though.

Haha if that's the case, are you going to discount your own team's slamming on Chicago? I consider if you win 3 games in a row to start a series against a team, you're slamming them... Yeah, Detroit and Chicago made luck riddled efforts to come back last season, but obviously to no avail.

The key here is the word "ALMOST". and on top of that, the Sharks have dominated the Wings over the last 2 seasons during the season, so yes. Sharks have slammed the Wings, and will continue to keep slamming them as their geriatric joints seize up.

If the Kings actually win the Division, then they'll fizzle out in the playoffs, so I'm not worried about that.

I wouldn't mind taking the 4th seed route for once, anyways... if indeed the Sharks don't win the division, we'll at least place next in line, because theres no way that Anaheim does better.

They lost, because they had to face teams that just flat out straight up outplayed them, if you want me to put it in short... 1-8 in the last two western conference finals is disappointing as shit, but It's because once they got there, they mostly played like garbage... Blame it on injuries or whatever else, but it doesn't matter, because they lost.

That doesn't discount the fact that they straight outplayed and beat the Dead wings both years in the 2nd round in order to get to that stage... Go ahead and keep saying Zetterberg and Datsyuk are the best out there, I dont care, because I know the rest of my team is still far better than anything else you can pull out.

Suck on it.

marleau and thornton are 31 and 32 respectively, and i don't know who "those guys" are but you can't say the sharks are old, especially not compared to that bingo hall you guys are running in detroit. patty and thornton are definitely not young, but they've got a few more seasons of win left in em for sure. plus, by the time they are no longer producing, couture and mcginn will be in their primes and raping asshole without lube, not even spit.

same goes for boyle and brent burns.

I think it's fucking brilliant in hindsight...

1. The compass "true north" indicator deal on the top.

Canada's always claimed it's the "true north" so it's not a shameless plug by the ownership group as some dumbasses are calling it... In the Cold War Era it was always "fuck the Ruskis, Canada is the TRUE north..." and "the true north strong and free" is one of the lines in O Canada. Not only that, but compasses have been used on planes and any transportation device for navigation, since.. forever... and Jets are no different to that.

2. The round, Circle shape of the logo is similar to the logos of the Oilers, 79-90 Jets, Isles, Sabers, and Bruins. All of which are old school, classic logos that are cool because they haven't changed heaps over the years. I like the idea of that.

3. The logo's based on the Royal Canadian Air Force's Roundel - Who fly Jets, obviously, and share the same colours as the first incarnation of the Jets. Which is fucking SWEET. The OG Jets had a good relationship with the Military back in the day, and the Moose had plenty of Military Charities. True North is keeping this alive, and in a big way.

Yeah, you can say that the Jet's an CAF18 and not an Avro Arrow, and you can point out that the maple leaf in the middle is just pasting "WE'RE CANADIAN BITCHES'' all over the place, and perhaps sliding into Maple Leafs territory, but yeah... I still like it.

Plus... check out this jersey mockup. If they look anything like this, I approve.

(although, I say more red lines on the waist/arms would be an awesome touch)
