You cannot move Luongo unless he waives his NTC.. which states this: NTC (player can supply five-team trade list following final game of 2013-14, valid through July 15, 2014; if player does not submit trade list at that time, team can request a five-team trade list following final game of 2017-18 season, valid through Sept. 1, 2018). If player submitted a trade list in 2014 and was not moved, team loses right to request trade list in 2018.
Therefore, anyone calling for a Luongo trade, should just can it. He's not going anywhere...
Schneider will bring back a pretty good return just for his RFA status, surely. I don't know what Vancouver has for goalie prospects in the system that are ready, but if not, there's a few guys around this offseason that are plenty serviceable as Luongo's backup
Parise is staying in NJ. I don't see him going anywhere unless NJ loses its fucking mind or sees a huge return.
Vancouver has a lot of pieces that are pricy which they can move... Will be interesting to see.
