Now the season's over, Boston has the cup for the summer, but it's all up for grabs come autumn. Bump it through the slow summer months as transactions occur

Oh, and to start some tradition: LOL @ Anaheim.

The west is going to be reaaaal boring...

Also, this thread will likely get real boring as well... How many actual Kings/Yotes/Preds/Blues fans are here? I think I've seen one Kings fan ever, and the other 3 are no-shows. Unless Chicago comes back, there will be about zero interest in the campbell cup hunt.

The East will be fine though, even without Boston. Philly, NY/Ott, Bos/DC will pick up plenty of slack here and there - albeit with a lot of random bandwagon folks posting - but that's usual.

I'm sure there will still be posts, but there probably wont be 4-5 pages of shit tossing like last year haha. Maybe that's a good thing?

I hear ya, especially with the shit tossing being at a low....though it sucks a lot of peoples teams have lost, then you can just sit back and enjoy some hockey.

One day hopefully in the "Official 2012/2013 NHL Thread" I'll be able to do some trash talking with the Wild in the playoffs....haha I'm dreaming...though they have a real solid group of young guys coming up and will probably see ice time next season.

Nah I don't live in philly. Never even been there on a non game day. I've never seen an orange t shirt outside the fargo center either so I guess your right. This town sucks for sports.

philly fans are the craziest fans in pro sports...i used to love going to watch the devils play the flyers in philly. id always rock my devils sweater and would catch way more shit in philly than i have ever caught in chicago wearing a njd sweater at a hawks devils game.

The Canucks are up going into the third which is usually close to a lock but I don't have a very good feeling about this. The Daniel breakaway is a huge moment for the Kings. Same as last game, if you let them stick around they'll own you. Vancouver needs the next goal in a big way.
