he admitted to shooting tupac when he was robbed. didn't die that time. he is hinting he knows who actually killed him. hopefully this guy isn't just sayin shit for attention.

from what I got out of the article is that Dexter Isaac (some dude serving a life sentence) wrote a letter confessing him killing Tupac. He is talking about saying some other dude James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond hired him to do it.
