I don't think he should be prosecuted seeing as it wasnt his fault that that photo was chosen.  The yearbook staff who actually published the photo should take the heat.

Also, in my schools yearbook this year, one girl's individual picture had half of some other kids face in it.  Its the big blooper in our yearbook.

That's some of the bullshit about it, there are so many people that are at fault for it. Like obviously he's the most at fault, but so many people could have done something from the coach that turned it in, the yearbook staff, the yearbook editor, and maybe even the principal.

There is no way that the kid should get in any trouble. He didn't put that picture in. The coach, yearbook committee, and printers are all at fault for that. The kid or teacher who did that page is also totally at fault.

End of story.

Thats pretty serious though. If the law says its indecent exposure, then you can't fuck with that. And pulling his dick out in the first place when the picture was being taken was indecent exposure.

This guy I went to school with wrote a whole paragraph thanking Mike Hawk and how he was always there for him for his yearbook quote. Someone told the yearbook lady after and she got pretty pissed.
