So summer is here, school sports are over, and I need to work out. Mainly, I just want to work out for skiing since I'm not sure I'll be playing school sports next year. So what to do? I'd prefer if the workouts are ones you can do at home, because I'm not too fond of going to the gym. Typically, skiing workouts would focus on legs and that's what I've been doing, but I know I need a lot more core workouts and a little bit of upper body. So what do you all recommend?
I've been doing jump rope, lunges, some squatting but not too often, pull-ups, and crunches.
