Good question, the pics on their site suggest dark grey is, but i'm 90% sure grey polarized is the heaps murdered out one. What splice setup are you getting?
i've got a friend who is way up in the sponsor list there, so i'm getting white frame, custom black outriggers that aren't available to buy, custom black and white strap, and then black nose pieces and logo on the frame
I think Dark Grey might be darker (Don't quote me on this, just assuming because it's called dark grey as opposed to grey), but Grey Polarized is way more legit
i just uploaded a pic to my profile of me with the dark grey lens.
It's just a pic from when i first got it so is inside but you can see how dark it is.
hey just on a side note does anyone know what would be a good lense for my crowbars i have the persimmon one and am looking for a darker one that, that will be good for average/sunny days? not sure between like fire/black/blue iridium etc. thanks in advance
ah shit i dont have enough cash for two, they are like 140NZD which is a little to much to get two of them. Would black/fire iridium be light enough to survive during a cloudy but not that dark day?
You will survive, but they are not good, a i have the fire and i have hard time when its cloudy. The black iridium will be better i think. If not, just buy a pink iridium and never change it, best lense ever imo
wow, those are dark. i have a persimmon lens but am looking to get something a bit darker but not too dark for overcast days etc so i hope the grey polarized isnt nearly that dark..
grey polarized is darker than dark grey by far, i used dark grey for a night lens last year and i could see everything perfectly fine. If youre getting it for free go with grey polarized.
i'm not getting it for free, i'm just getting stuff that isn't available to buy haha. and i'm actually getting splices with the dark grey lense right now, so i'll see if i like how dark they are and if not i'll go with polarized. probably end up going with polarized on the customs though when i do get them
