Ok so I'm a pretty experienced rider, I just don't know shit about buying bikes. I go all the time but that's just it, I bike but know basically nothing about the sport. I'm looking to buy a full suspension xc. I don't know if buying a bike is like buying skis but I weigh 160lb and I'm 6'2 ( I know height matters). If you need any more info just ask. I appreciate all help you can give and since I believe one good favor deserves another +k will be given to serious helpful answers. Oh and I know about pinkbike but I don't feel like searching around on their right now.
all mountain(longer travel xc bike) I would recommend the yeti sb-66 it's a new bike this year I ordered it and it is the best bike ever. pricing around 3,000. also the yeti asr 5 alloy. another good xc bike is the specialized era comp. pricing around 3,000. You can't really get a good full suspension bike for $2,000. I recommend yeti bikes because I have rode them for years and are the best bikes in my opinion. You will also probably need a large frame size also. go see your local bike shop for exact frame sizing.
buy mine, it retailed for 2400, i'll do 1000 shipped. I'm 6'2" and was fitted for this bike, its got new rubber (not whats in the pic) and is sex on the singletrack i just don't ride nearly enough xc and i need cash for a DH bike.
oh, i forgot, its a gary fisher hifi plus from a couple years ago, i think 2009, if you're seriously interested i can list all the components and shit.
