Photography critique?

Ill try to give you the best advice I can, but ideas in my head rarely live as words. If you want to make quality sports shots (skateboarding/skiing/whatever..) you either need epic, or you need to make what you have more than what it is. And since that skatepark sure as fuck doesn't scream epic, you have to step beyond just documenting your buddy doing a powerslide. I couldn't tell you how to do that, thats something you need to visualize and just do.

with his powerslides get kinda under him so it looks alot bigger than what it is most stuff u can make look alot bigger just with simple angels

Again, action sports shots must be epic and composed well. Its all about the angle, IMO I always shoot low with a fisheye for skating and they ussually turn out well (see flickr for referance). That powerslide is sick, but it would have been much better if you had gotten down low below him. The skaters are good, but you just need to find some good angles. Also, the colours were flat, try shooting in bright light, but not mid day, early morning/before dusk is my favourite.

Put simply, I read this piece of advice somewhere: (Generally) if the picture frame isn't a picture you would be interested in looking at before your skier/skater/boarder etc. Is in a part of it, it's not going to be a very good picture.
