I pounded the shit out of them. Rock jibs all year, rails every day, lots of grass riding. The sidewall/cap hybrid construction minimizes topsheet gouges, and the base holds up really well. I had some edge cracks, and I lost an inch of edge at the end of April, but I totally expected that after the shit I put them through. I would totally use these for urban, but I would definitely minimize my rock jibbing if I was using them for that.
I can still use my skis now, and I plan on it during the early season, then allocating them for urban.
The one crippling damage I have have heard about with these skis is my friend snapping his tail. It is covered by warrantee so it's all good.
