i joined a gym nearby that has 2 big tramps + foampit-like fall mats with drop-in from the big tramp, platforms, gymnastic bars/rings, etc.

and one of the tramps also has a harness 1year membership = 70euro and i get to train there every week!

i'll get pics up next week :)

so stoked!

I desperately need help on trampolines. I can't do any flips. Something is wrong with me. All I can do is spin, when I try to flip I just land on my butt, and I can NEVER get the flip around to land it. I've landed a few sketchy frontflips at a trampoline center, and that's all. Help.

Forget flips, no one does any anymore, well maybe dubs. Any way if u can spin 5or 7, then do the same thing and tuck on of ur shoulders down in any direction. Start playing around with letting ur rotations spin out of axis, do it a million times so u got muscle memory down. Then next thing u know u'll be doing corks, mistys, bios and all sorts of dope trick! Just commit A LOT, it could take time. So just remember, always stay tucked whem off axis or u will kill ur rotation by opening up. So play around with that an i hope this helps. Get back to us with a vid once u got smt down!

lol he should learn flip before corks and bio(btw bio is fucking hard). the problem with your flip is probably that you dont stay tucked enough long. we would need video to know what is your problem but i guest that your problem is that.try to stay tucked the longuer possible with a maximum of height(maybe your going to overspin but youll be able to see when you have to get straight after your flip so you can land nice and clean)

I dont totally agree with flips are easier thing. I've doing trampoline for a long time and let me tell you it is ways easier to land a cork 7 an even easier a bio 5 than a frontflip! Blin landings suck. I suggest OP trys flat 3 cos that's super easy, not as scary as a backflip, and straight up way steezier. But u should still learn backflip beforw all this actually, landing one could start giing u the feel for inverted or off axis rotations and give u that extra boost of confidence u need for throwin new sketchy tricks
