I've had it a few times recently too. The latest was in the "post your NS navigating tricks" thread and it covered over the whole of the last post and was no way to get rid of it.

That'll rob NS of the advertising dollars. Instead, they can request the ad supplier or whatever the hell it's called to remove it from the site.

or you can keep adblock, exempt NS, and then right click and block the ones that get on your nerves

These drive me nuts and they are destroying the site IMO. You want to read a post, but you can't because there is an add in front of it. Whatever they are paying, it's not worth it. They should at least have a way to close these. Adds like these piss me off as much as telemarketer calls. Basically, I am so annoyed that I will intentionally avoid buying a product or service that is advertised in this way. I'm sure others feel the same way so they might want to consider that these adds may actually hurt their business.
