Just recently the firewire port on my canon HV20 has all but given out. My macbook pro will only recognize it (still rarely) if i nudge the firewire cable in the camera to one side. After checking with an Apple "Genius" we pretty much concluded its the firewire port on my camera which is messed up.
Has anyone had this problem with a HV20-30-40 or any other camera?
