Hey guys, I am in Vancouver now, but I am leaving in 2 days. I need to do something, but my buddy only wants to play COD MW2 online. He has a car and Im bored as shit. I need to do something interesting!

Go for a walk or bike around the sea wall, go up grouse, wander around in yaletown, go to Van isle or even just Bowen (20 min ferry ride, you can go over and have dinner at Tuscany pizza), hang out on kits beach, all good options. On Friday you should obviously be downtown.

I would drive to either whis or just squamish, maybe climb the chief, or have a beer in pemberton, sick mountains up there, go stare at the pencil shoots and pick your line for next winter.

I guess no one has read the OP,

I have no car, no wheels, no ride, no weed and I needed something to do this afternoon.

Thanks for the REAL suggestions, I finally got to the skate park in Horseshoe bay. But if anyone wants to meet up that would be sweet!

Rent a mountain bike on ride the North Shore, fromme(grouse), seymour, and cypress all have world famous mountain biking trails.

go to west hastings (pot block).
Stanley park, khits beach on a nice day, or wreck beach.
Go downtown tomorrow after the game, people will be partying in the streets lol.
Check out UBC campus if you've never been there, pretty cool area.
Downtown is always a good place to be.
If you're feeling healthy (?) there's always the grouse grind haha.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I went skateboarding in east Vancouver. It was fun. Tomorrow, I am going to Squamish for some sport climbing.

Why is everyone telling me to smoke pot?  I dont have any and im too shy to ask.

Dont have to smoke to go to pot block haha, the CCHQ is actually a sick store that sells so much more than bongs and pipes. The area is pretty cool, at least I think so. Definitely worth going if you haven't been. And you won't have to ask for weed, people will probably ask if you need any lol. Plus its right by the waterfront and like a block from the alife store so you might as well hit all of those in one go if you can.

If you longboard then UBC campus is a mandatory destination. Plenty of cool skate spots there too.

if you were here a couple days longer id tell you to go ski grouse as they're open on weekends. go bike, skate, swim if it's sunny, there's so much to do here.
