Well, this is going to be it.

Pathetic. Compared to the billions we carelessly spend on our military, you would think funding a space program would be a drop in the bucket. And not to mention all the useful technologies and industrial boom that the Apollo program led to.

Humans are retreating from the frontier. Are we really this gutless. Does our generation even give a shit?

I can tell you for a fact that you learn a lot more from a failure, than you do from a success.

I have been unlucky enough to witness a person die. It was a car crash, not war, but it has scarred me my entire life. The fact that we spend even one dollar on the killing of other humans is terrible. I am also a realist and understand that war is an innate human trait, I just wish scientific pursuit was also an innate human trait.
