What Skis? broke my silencers :'(

so here's the deal.

second to last day of the season, i snapped my k2 silencers (09 i think, red ones anyway, had them a few years) and so i need new ones. i rented a pair of scott punishers for the last day, and thought they were good. i liked my silencers but they were a bit too thin for powder, and i simply dont have money for a separate pair of skis for pow days. anyway, point is, what skis should i get? doesnt have to be new ones, ill gladly get some from a couple of years ago. i mostly stick to the park, i like skis with a bit of flex in them, but i want some that will work decently in powder. can anyone help me?

line anthems/ blends are a good mix of pow and park, and i have 2 pairs of anthems for saleand theyre way cheap if your interested at all pm me

i have 09/10 kung fujas and they seem to tear anything up, but i havnt had them out in deep powder(in NZ its hard to find)

Get 'em flat (no schizos) then.

If you are a big dude, I probably wouldn't rock the 12 din binder, but the Schizos work well. A few dudes in the office shred on them and one guy is 6'1" and 190lbs.

I skied the Maiden, which has the same flat Jib Rocker up in Whistler and around here late season in everything from early morning ice, to late day slush to a lil' pow up top and they are rad. Having the Jib Rocker makes it versatile in so many ways. Plus at 90mm underfoot, they are a good width to rock in the park and on the occasional snow day.

You could step to a Kung Fujas at 102mm underfoot. You'll gain all mountain performance.

Schizo's SUCK. Stay away from them. They don't stay in place. At all. Marker is crap in general. But the schizo's take the cake for failing to function properly. I know a lot of guys swear by Marker, but they break too much and fail to function properly way too much. Maybe it's just a White Pass curse, but after seeing how often these bindings fail, I will never set foot on a pair of bindings in the Royal family.

I've been on two pair that moved. I ski with a buddy every weekend that blew through 4 pair in a season because they kept moving. Keep in mind that I'm all of 120 pounds and he's probably around 150. I'm much happier with my Looks. They work, every time.

Haha im like 220. I must be lucky. But you can imagn that mechanism cant be too steady. Hopefully mine hold out for a while
