Is There Such thing as a Tall Tee that's too tall?

The other day I got a tall tee that was 4xl Tall and sense Im a "small guy" it went below my knees. Some said it was steezy, other said "too tall". So what do you think? Can a tall tee ever be too tall?

i personally go for the slightly skinnier, slightly tall cut which I believe falls into both categories: normal and tall.
