Idea for improving picture quoting

On pinkbike, when people quote pictures, they automatically become substantially smaller, thus making the page load faster and easier to scroll through. Could this be applied to NS?

Like thumbnails? Then if you choose to click on them, they become larger. Sounds like a good idea tbh. And yes you are correct, the pages will load considerably faster.

Cummings is kinda cool for thinking it would work with NS.

But really, picture threads end up being a bitch to look through, even if pics are quoted one at a time, because people so often quotes pictures to say "lol so funneh!" or "omg i r laffin so hurd!" and then every picture has been posted full size 4 times, and each page takes like 5 minutes of scrolling to hit the bottom of.
