Good Shell for hood?

I'm heading over to Mount Hood this summer, and I'm looking to buy a nice shell. What kinda shells do you guys rock? I'm looking for something that's L-XL a little bit baggy and keeps the water out. +K for good responses!

orage xavier shell! it has removable sleeves so it can be a vest! and its like 20000k waterproof

You could pick up an older saga shell. It would be good enough. Or an armada jacket

I have a Marmot rain shell, its not to steezy, but damn is it great for when it blows in. Thin enough that I always have it in my pack to pull out whenever I need it, its an item I wont need to replace for a while.

if the wind is really blowing you can stick a windbreaker or raincoat under a hoodie, make sure theres vents though, because you get hot

i was up there for some of may, i just work my saga from last season and it was fine and when i was there it was pretty damn wet.
