Room available by UW June-August rent $615 a month

Second floor corner bedroom available in large house two blocks away from UW campus at 47th and 17th Ave NE. The house has nine bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large fully stocked kitchen, a huge living room with a massive big screen tv, and front porch perfect for the good weather. For fun we have a dart board, mini basketball hoop, as well as a small pool table. The eight other bedrooms are all filled by students at the school many of whom are in the athletic program at UW. The room being sublet has two large windows that gives the room plenty of natural light and a decent sized closet as well as a storage closet in the hallway. There will most likely be both guys and girls living here this summer and I am giving priority to any UW student looking for a room. I am only considering people that are students or between the ages of 19 and 25 so as to keep it simple. The sublet is available from June 15th until the end of August.
