yeah i saw it... didn't even think about the cinematography because i was to pissed that it didn't feature any skiing. it included all of the action sports that nike promotes, except skiing; what the fuck is with that? it would have been so sick if they would have had jossi killing it in the pipe

you'd think monster or rockstar would put out edits and commercials such as these to promote. they both got sick teams.

haha you are missing my point dude. nike 6.0 includes skating, bmx, surfing, moto cross, skiing, and snowboarding. they included all of their sports in the add, except for skiing. i am not made because i didn't get to see my favorite skiers doing tricks on national television; i am mad because nike simply left them out. it's like nike coming out with 5 new shoes, and then putting out an add that includes four of them; it doesn't make any sense. it is important for skiing to be included in add's like these, because that is how the sport will grow. Nike is snubbing the growth of the sport, and i have no idea why. Technically, nike is hurting themselves by excluding skiing, because they spend all that money sponsoring skiers, and then they don't put their names our sport out there. I am upset over the logic behind the add, not the fact that simon dumont wasn't on TV.

in a sense, yes nike is snubbing the growth of skiing by not including it in a commercial. if they had a skier in there, and even one kid saw that and was like damn thats tight i want to try skiing out next winter; this would be the sport growing. it is important for freestyle skiing to get out there and for everyone to see, because most have never heard of it. everyone knows what surfing, snowboarding, skating, etc. is, but not freestyle skiing. that is why i am mad that it wasn't in the commercial, the sport doesn't get the recognition it deserves. and you can't say that they have poured money into the sport. sure they sponsor a select few skiers, but that is for nike's own self-interest. Just because Jossi Wells might have a nike 6.0 sticker on his helmet during the X-Games does not mean they are just pouring money into the sport. Look at a company like Toyota, that is a corporation that is fueling the growth of the sport. They not only sponsor riders, but they sponsor ton's of competitions and really get their name out there; you don't see nike doing any of that. clearly, nike could give a shit about the sport of skiing. but what's new, nike doesn't give a shit about anything except for making money. the quality of their products is sub par, and not to mention their immoral way of making their products and doing business. Oh, and I am in college, and i have learned that it is good to take things seriously... so now i will call you the kid, and tell you to get off the couch and the xbox, and start to form some opinions and ideas, backed by logical arguments. it is good for you, and for society.... and you won't sound so ignorant.
