Replying to Disabling migraines/headaches

how many of you have them? i have chronic migraines, but they were usually not too bad until today.

i lose all of my peripheral vision and it turns into almost like a vibrating/wave where i can't see anything unless i'm looking directly at it. then the pain comes... i haven't had one for a month or so until today.

do you NSers have any suggestions on how to deal with these? i know different things work for different people. but i'm willing to try ANYTHING at this point... i've already been to a neurologist many times (not super recently) and i hear the same stuff every time.

what do you do?!
