Replying to Going to a confirmation tonight and I'm jewish... halp!

Okay, so tonight I'm going to a confirmation and I'll be sitting with my girlfriend and her parents. Being raised Jewish, I'm not really accustomed to the whole taking communion thing, and I'd really like to abstain from offending my girlfriends parents(they're fairly religious) I'm not a religious person so I'll take communion if that's the best thing to do. She told me I should because her parents know my mom is catholic, but I feel like that could be misconstued if I were to do this. So what should I do in order to not offend? Pleeze halp meh
