What kind/style of bike is this?

I don't know much about bikes but if I were to look for a bike like this style, what would I search?

I'm assuming this bike is vintage? just looking for the style.

Looks like a mix of a flat track bike and a cafe racer. It just has dragman type bars and a rear cowling with a thin seat. There's a billion different styles of motorcycles and they're all barely different.

My neighbor has over 100 bikes vintage and modern so I was just wondering. I might dig around in his shops for a similar bike to these. thanks guys
