I'm watching the report on the tornado that just touched down in Westfield/Springfield. Pretty fucking wild, it's a legitimate big tornado. And now it's coming east towards me.
Hahaha, I think I'll be alright. You should be more worried about yourself, it's coming right to Worcester. I'll probably just get the storms and not the tornado itself.
my mom lives in sprignfield said shes saw shit flying around and i live in florence and there was a wild ass thunder and lightning storm with golfball size hail comin down shit was nuts
Was at my grandmothers in Shrewsbury, saw the Springfield/Westfield tornado, head to lake Quinsigamond to pick up my sister- it was crazy down there! The sky was black, nonstop lightning. So glad I'm home now, just some hard core rain and thunder in my part of Worcester.
im in wellesley now and its starting to pour. we have dark clouds and thunder and lightening and all that. I was working in North Reading this morning and we had some major hail. Like Golfball sized. No tornadoes here yet though.
i think its done now but about an hour ago here in princeton it was raining like crazy. you couldnt even see outside. some gnar pictures and videos were on the news. i think it hit like springfield worst
The sky is currently neon yellow outside in Southern NH. Like I am not joking, it looks like I'm looking through a pair of sunglasses everywhere, literally it is all orange/yellow. Strange..
HOly facken shit a second wave. I was just taken a nap and then I start to hear really loud winds I thought it was a tornado I started to shit myself........ Then it was just really strong winds.
I drove all the way from upton, through Worcester, to my friends house in holden during the worst part of the storm because I was at my lacrosse game and we didn't realize how bad it was. I was right near Shrewsbury street when that funnel cloud/possible touchdown happened. I got a pretty decent picture of some freaky green and yellow sky out this way about an hour ago. I'll post it when I get home
so my friend was at work during this tornado, and has a pretty/ridiculously good video of the tornado crossing springfield. anybody know how to post up these videos from facebook?
i was rowing on the connecticut up north of amherst where the tornado warning was and while we were rowing there was a super cold wind that started slamming into our backs and apparently that was right when the tornado touched down in springfield. it was creepy
