Where are you coming off by saying that Saga is having a bad year? They promised to have all Pre-Orders shipped BY or ON NOVEMBER FUCKING 30th 2011, and to clarify nobody is hating on you for your opinion. Everyone is hating on you because of your lack of mental power to read a few simple sentences, we don't disagree with you, we just all find you to be a complete and total retard.

i know that at the begining, they said that they will start to ship on or before november 25 or 30, i cant remember, and they started really early for a part of their stuff, i was really happy when i read that but for now, a lot of people are disappointed because they expected to receive their shipping confirmation like the nov 14 or an other day and they are still waiting for their shipping confirmation. thats what i wanted to say (im french so i do my best do be understable)

God you guys are spoiled....

First of all, last year I waited until December 23rd to get my LDC...without one complaint...it's to be expected when dealing with a small company that things will take longer.

Secondly, they're entire regular shipping department is TWO GUYS!!! They HUNDREDS of orders to fill, it's not gonna happen as fast as other places with an entire workforce dedicated to shipping. They have their sponsored riders coming in to help them ship stuff, I don't see The North Face calling up Wallisch or Martini to see if they can help with some shipping. The entire company is working hard to get you your stuff.

As far as the tracking is concerned, most likely what happens is after all the inventory of a shipment of products is delivered to their warehouse is sorted though, they then print off ALL the invoices and ALL the shipping labels of what they will be able to ship from what came in. Once the shipping label has been printed the tracking number is created and the email is automatically sent, however, they still need to package your stuff up and send it out. ALSO, USPS is notorious for having bad tracking info (I have gotten stuff delivered to me before the tracking info even worked on their site), so take that into consideration.

STOP BITCHING and just wait till your shit arrives...it's REALLY not that hard. AND it doesn't matter when you ordered your product, cause it's a pre-order, you knew you had to wait. Everyone who sold their old outerwear to buy new outerwear is dumb and it's YOUR fault you don't have anything to ski in NOT Saga's, so stop complaining that your NOT getting your shipment BEFORE they initially said it would ship out...cause that's straight stupid.

My tracking info updated once my order was actually shipped.  I've had a GREAT expirence purchasing from SAGA and I haven't even pshyically seen the product yet.  Customer service is great, the guys awnsered all my questions in a timely mannor...something that wouldn't happen with a company who may be able to ship a bit more efficently.  All you kids complaining you won't have your stuff for the first day of the year...are you crazy?  Pre-season is when everything is slushy and lifts are dripping oil.

The fact that you would just get and there tells me your in the 12 to 16 range. I just expected consistency , which I don't think is too much to ask. I sold all of my old gear to buy this years and it hadent started to get really cold until now (-20 c without windchill) and a shelll would be nice.

I'm actually 18, it just ticked me off that you said you were "disappointed," they said when they'd be shipping and they obviously are basing that date off when they would be receiving the product from the producer. It isn't like they're late?
