Time lapse trouble

Ive been finding it hard to get my time lapses looking good as i keep getting flickering. How can I stop this?
If it helps im editing on final cut pro, using quicktime player to make the timelapse.

i can't really watch video on this computer, but what method are you using?
if you are using photos and an intervalometer, what settings are you using on the camera, is it auto? that could be your issue
the auto mode could lead to flickering, because it will change the aperture and shutter speed, so make sure to put it on manual

ive used it on manual mode and i still seem to get flickering, is there not some sort of filter i could get for final cut pro?

Set everything on manual. Including white balance.

i use there software to remove mine in adobe after effects.
that site also has some tips i think.

Turn off auto exposure, im guessing youre running aperture or shutter priority, go full manual.

yup. That's definitely your problem. Set it manually, along with shutter speed and aperture

thanks for the feedback, i had a few settings still on manual so that was probably the problem.

I've heard you can get plugins which deflicker. Has anyone found any decent ones for final cut pro?
