Points on license transfering state to state?

Does anyone know if point that i received on my license while on vaction in Florida with transfer back up to Pennsylvania with me?

only get points if its in the state of what state your license is i know this because i live in NY and my friend would race in CT

No they don't. And thanks for reminding me I have an out of state speeding ticket to pay before it becomes illegal for me to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Massachusetts. fuuuuuuu

No, you just won't be able to get a license or drive in the state it happened in until you pay the fine or w/e the court says you have to do.

thank god, its not like imma have to drive in florida for a while anyway.

next question though, is there any way to make it so i dont have to go to my mandatory court date in florida in june, i honestly dont have the money to pay to go back down there and pay an expensive ass ticket

i had a lack of judgement for a moment and got radared doing 90 in a 45.  The shitty thing is that it was in my grandfathers brand new infiniti so my whole family is pissed at me.  but the worst part of it all was i was on my way to get a blizzard at DQ and its been over 24 hours and i still havnt got my got damn blizzard

Moved to CO two years ago... had unpaid tickets and continued to get pulled over with them and the cops didn't even know. HAHAHA. (Out in the middle of no where, where the cops have nothing better to do than pull people over who were going 5 over.)

It doesn't even show up on their records. You're totally fine. The system is fucked. Lucky for us.

Wait, so your saying that i could go travel to a random ass state like Rhode Island and just keep on speeding like Jeff Gordon until i got like 10 tickets? then drive back to my respective home state and never have to worry about those damn Rhode Island tickets for the rest of my life?

Unless they like threw you in jail, theoretically yes. You could just never go back to Rhode Island. But if it was that many tickets or it was something serious, they would probably contact the state you live in and some shit would go down.

sorta, once you get one unpaid ticket in that state, if you get pulled over in that state again your getting arrested

One of my friends who lives in Wisconsin got caught drunk driving in Minnesota and now isn't able to drive in Minnesota for a year on top of the fine, but she is still able to drive anywhere else. Ha thought I'd share.

No, no no... that's what I thought. I had multiple unpaid tickets, got pulled over... was all "oh shit I'm getting arrested"... Nope, never happened. It doesn't show up on their records because you don't have a license in their state so there's no way to record it.
