you should do a project on the biology of sex talk about how sex is important to the well being of humans the actual biological aspect of sex psychological all that show that you know enough about making sex and maybe some girl in your class will wanna make some sex with you
possibly the worst spelling ever right here^ and it's cacti by the way
and yeahh i would do something with leaves i did a project on that and it was cool
for instance, if you like microbiology a really cool one that gets some eyes open is the role of bacteria in the human body. there are some really neato facts. like 60% of your poops mass is bacteria, and there are 10x as many bacterial cells in your body than human cells. most people all think 'bacteria are bad' and that's why there's a market for 'kills 99.99% of bacteria!'. but really it's amazing what they do for us.
do someting to do with Mycology (mushrooms) and have a 'practical experiment' on how the psilocybin and psilocin react with the human body once consumed.
if you need more ideas i have plenty. I did very well in bio.
do a report on bioluminescence in the animal kingdom? fire flies/ plankton/ vampire squid
building blocks of life and what is needed to start RNA/DNA formation?
mimicry in animals that they learn from their environment? Mimic octopus
do a paper on one of the off beat moons in our solar system like maybe IO or the possiblity of life on europa and why its viable their could be life on the moon of europa.
Do it on the five senses, there's so much thing you can do with this subject.
Optical illusions
There is also something, I can't remember the name though, that can only be tasted if you have the certain gene, like half of the population hasit. It tastes like shit apparently, I don't know cause I don't have the gene but it's amazing.
Taste test with sugar and salt at different concentrations
reflexes
and etc.
these phenomenons are easy to explain and very interesting
But for a serious response. Don't copy someone's work. It isn't all that nice.
Find a subject that interested you in Bio. That'll be your best start since you'll actually be interested.
I never did a project for Bio 12, so I can't give you much ideas. Just don't get too far off of the beaten path.
I'm assuming your bio 12 is like what mine was and it's human bio? Stay in the area of research.
You could do something on the actual mechanisms that drugs work, picking a few major ones as examples...like the biology of addiction. I took a class called the neurobio of addictive drugs and it was one of the most interesting classes I took in school.
Another source of inspiration...Ted TV, essentially these conferences that are posted on the internet where crazy and brilliant people talk about anything. There are some cool science ones on there that could give you some inspiration.
I seriously laughed out loud and i never lol at home because i feel like a fag when i laugh alone(Not using fag as derogatory expression merely using the modern adaptation of the word meaning a loser)
