Making Boards

Hey NSG ive been making long boards for a while and they have all been fairly flexy, i have been using Baltic birch and gluing 8 ply's together and voila.

but recently my creature cruiser has been getting weak and ive been wanting to try to make a new one

i believe its made from maple and i was just wondering, has anyone on here ever made a board with a kicktail/nose?

also share your board making wisdom and experiences

yah me and my friend made a cruiser and after we pressed the board we steamed the tail for a while and then made a small curved mold out of plywood and just pressed the tail with a few big clamps
