Think you're good at pull-ups? Look at these guys.
hahaha. But yeah for real, a lot of people can do this....most of the time they are using momentum, not actualy strength...the only guy that impressed me was the guy in the brown doo-rag.
some other traceurs really need too get in this thread and vouch for me that it really isnt about strength, but skill/technique. if theres nobody at the gym next time i go i will gladly do a 1 arm pull up, but keep the money. it would legit be scamming you.
I just thought oh here we go another video with some gangsters. but those guys have the drive and determination that alot of people wish they had. And i liked that whole CAP (character attitude and personality ). these guys are sweet, and deff not who i thought they were going to be.
I'm going to back Ninja up. I worked at Woodward in Wisconsin and what those teenage boys were doing was pretty damn close to this and just as impressive if not more for their age.
If you have never gone to watch a gymnastics class of 14-17 year old males you can't talk. You have no idea what they're capable of.
What was most funny about that camp was that the scrawny skaters idolized the gymnast guys... they would go down to the gym and watch them with their jaws dropped. Those kids were so ripped.
Do u really want me to make a video of me doing all of this shit? The only hard things are the one arm pullups and the straight leg extension..those fuck ur abs hard....but literally i can do everything in this video, mabye im just better than everybody else in the world tho....
i believe you and everything but what i'm thinking is yeah they can do that.. but those kids are like 13-160 tops... these guys were all around 200 lbs easy...
