Seriously, they suck. On the only 2 times I used their services, I got fucked both time.
1st time: They broke my gear (dvds) - NS store sent it again
2nd time: They stole my NS hoodie - I got fucked 45$
I have emailed back and forward with NS and Canpar for my hoodie. I ordered it April 1st. After never hearing from it again I sent an e-mail to canpar april 18th. The next day they answered "it was sent back to the shipper" on April 6. On april 29, someone received it. They signed off on it and I never got to see my hoodie. I sent an inquiry May 16th and was told by Malcom someone signed off on it...it was true there was a signature but it wasnt mine, or my roomates. I sent back an email showing Malcom I was ripped off and...nothing....
Sorry I had to bring it here, but people have to be warned about CANPAR, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

We've had problems with every shipper we've ever dealt with, which is why we switched to CANPAR as we had heard good things about their service.
I fact that we cannot find an affordable and reliable shipper for the store is a large part of the reason it is currently offline.
It boggles my mind how companies who's core business is to deliver packages are so good at screwing that up

please can we get a distributor in europe so shipping fees are reduced?
don't know how you'd go about it but im sure it would increase the market for products

Yeah, if they allowed someone to sign for it they should have a copy of the signature, as well as the address they delivered it to. See if they can help you track it down.
All times are Eastern (-5)
