so i use pinnacle studio 12 to edit my stuff, but whenever i use the speed effect, it doesnt work.
it will either show 1 frame for the length of the clip, or it will show a completely random part of the original video that i already cut out. i used a gopro 960 at 60fps if that makes any difference.
i would be cool with just using windows movie maker, but somehow when i downloaded divx it totally fucked the codec or encoder or whatever so i can't use that anymore. slowing down clips worked fine on movie maker.
so anybody have a solution? it kinda sucks editing when i can't speed stuff up or slow it down.
or does anybody know a shitty free program i could download just to speed/slow stuff after i've already cut the clips? google turns up garbage.
