Is the Jiberish seersucka 1 layer of seersucker or 2?

I'm gonna try and make a crew this year for summer out of seersucker material, cause I like the feel of longsleeves in the summer, but don't want to bake in the heat. I just have one question, is the fabric on the Jiberish seersucka one layer or two? is that why there is stitching across the middle, to keep the two layers together? Because when I went to my local fabricland today, the material seemed way too thin to make a hoodie out of. Help me out please
good answers +k
go ahead and give shitty answers if you want, but don't tell me to use the searchbar, I have.

alright, I think that's what I'm gonna do. If I put a hood on, double layer, and double layer by the zipper and stuff. I just hope it won't rip

are you going to be skiing in it? because i dont think it would rip that easily if you were just wearing it around town

yeah, I'm just gonna make it casually sized. Maybe I looked at different stuff, but this was like almost see-through
Although the kind lady there did tell me it wasn't seerucker, it was something that starts with an M, but almost identical to seer
